Am asistat la Congresul Partidului Liberal Democrat din Moldova si pot sa va spun ca premierul Vlad Filat, reales presedinte al partidului, a avut urmatoarele interventii:
1. I-a multumit presedintelui Traian Basescu si Romaniei pentru sprijinul acordat;
2. A declarat ca PLDM nu va face niciodata alianta cu comunistii si nici PD sa nu faca;
3. A propus o anexa la Acordul Aliantei de Integrare Europeana cu trei conditii:
(1). Candidatul Aliantei pentru functia de presedinte al Republicii Moldova se angajeaza ca, pe durata mandatului sau, partidul din care face parte sa nu faca alianta cu Partidul Comunist
(2). Toate partidele din Alianta se angajeaza sa sustina activ Guvernul
(3). Depolitizarea institutiilor de aplicare a legii: politia, parchetele, justitia.
4. Pe tot parcursul Congresului, Vlad Filat si PLDM au subliniat ca raman fideli proiectului de integrare europeana.

I was present today at the Congress of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova (PLDM) and I can tell you that Prime Minister Vlad Filat, who has been re-elected president of the party, made these statements:
1. He thanked Romania’s president, Traian Basescu, and Romania for their support.
2. He declared that PLDM will never join an alliance with the communists and neither the Democratic Party of Moldova should do.
3. He proposed an appendix to the Agreement of the Alliance for European Integration with these provisions:
(1) The candidate of the Alliance for the office of President of the Republic of Moldova commits himself that, during his mandate, the party, whom he represents, will not join an alliance with the Communist Party;
(2) All the political parties of the Alliance commit themselves to actively support the Government;
(3) The depolitization of the law enforcing institutions: police, the judiciary, the prosecutors’ offices.
4. Throughout the Congress, Mr. Vlad Filat and PLDM underlined that they had remained faithful to the European integration project.
